I have found that they are pretty dense if they are frozen much monger than a month too, though. And I'm all out. I should fired up that bread machine. ;)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09368256252150166486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6523424124933752902.post-6602998923402168692011-04-12T11:06:25.121-04:002011-04-12T11:06:25.121-04:00Laura, we did the unbaked sticky buns for the free...Laura, we did the unbaked sticky buns for the freezer. Did you find they did not do well long term, as in more than a month?Frugal Palshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02701473618697663328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6523424124933752902.post-19892432369119370362011-04-12T07:40:08.173-04:002011-04-12T07:40:08.173-04:00Yes I do.. sometimes with friends we do a whole da...Yes I do.. sometimes with friends we do a whole day. But on a regular basis, I often make a double batch of whatever casserole or soup I'm making for supper.. and put one in the freezer. I also always do this with cookies/cinnamon rolls etc.. make a huge batch so some can go in the freezer. (P.S. - the cookies/cinnamon rolls go in the freezer already scooped or rolled, but not baked. Then you get to have the "fresh Baked goodness" again and again.)Lauranoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6523424124933752902.post-28981717220555000692011-04-11T13:48:23.240-04:002011-04-11T13:48:23.240-04:00Thanks so much for sharing! It seems that would be very efficient in doing a lot in a short amount of time.Frugal Palshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02701473618697663328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6523424124933752902.post-68532547132181600232011-04-11T13:36:44.118-04:002011-04-11T13:36:44.118-04:00I do freezer cooking, too. I'm about to do a whole Turkey in the next few days, but here is a link to the last one I did with ground beef:
http://saving-myself-silly.blogspot.com/search/label/freezer%20cooking

I use aluminum disposable pans for my casserole type dishes. i wrap them in foil and then bag them. I give these away to church friends who have had babies or whatnot pretty often too, and its simple because they can just pop it in the oven and then toss it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09368256252150166486noreply@blogger.com
