Easy Baked Macaroni

1 1/2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Stir together.  Pour into greased 1 1/2 or 2 qt. casserole dish.

Mix in 1 1/2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese.

Pour over all 4 cups milk.

Bake at 235 degrees.  This casserole needs long, slow cooking for best results.

Note:  I have done this for 1 hour at 350 degrees with success.  I also combine everything but milk into a quart freezer bag and freeze for a later meal.
