4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 to 3 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chocolate (opt.)
Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and beat.  Add dry ingredients and zucchini and mix in chocolate chips (or spread on top).  Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Frost, if desired.

frugalpals note: I used a 9x13 pan.  You could use a 11x13 size pan if desired.  Very moist and very delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream!
