Thinking Ahead

A way to save is to make your own mixes. My sister and I  started this one day towards the end of summer. We knew school would be starting soon, both of our kids love hot breakfasts and mornings can be hectic. So we started with pancake mixes. It was real simple just put dry ingredients in a bag with directions on the outside of the bags.
It was real handy to pull out and have most of the work done . We also decided to make sticky buns.
Because who doesn't like warm sticky buns from the oven like they were freshly made so we froze them unbaked. Pull them out the night before let them sit til morning bake when you get up and you have nice fresh warm sticky buns.
We also made cookie dough. Then froze the balls of dough on cookie sheets and put them in gal bags to pull out for fresh cookies. After finishing up that we made brownie mixes, pizza dough, and pretzel dough. It was a big day but when we were done we had things in the freezer that would make our days easier.

I was wondering if you have any recipes for pillsbury crescents rolls you can buy at the store. So many recipes call for them but I never buy them because they are expensive and I would like to make my own. Thanks!
