Toasted Cheese Sandwiches with Tomato


My mom suggested we try a toasted cheese sandwich with a slice or two of tomato added.  Try it and let me know if you like it!

That is my favorite way to make a grilled cheese. And there is nothing compared to using home ripened tomatoes. And now I am hungry!
