3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cocoa
Mix well, then add-
3/4 cup oil
2 cups lukewarm water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix well. Put batter in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Very moist and delicious with peanut butter icing! (My husband's favorite)
For thinking ahead: Mix all dry ingredients and put in quart freezer bag. Write wet ingredients on outside of bag to add for later. Store in cool, dry place.
frugalpals note- I no longer buy chocolate cake mixes. This recipe is too easy and too good!
