2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons oil
Mix all together. Enough pancakes for a family of 6. Add 1/2 cup extra flour for thick pancakes.
For thinking ahead:
Mix dry ingredients and put in quart freezer bag. Write on outside of bag wet ingredients to add later. Store in cool, dry place.
