Stir up a brownie mix according to the directions on the box.
Using a mini cupcake pan, fill mini cupcake papers about 2/3 full and bake.
Let cool a few minutes and push a peanut butter cup, or a Hershey Kiss upside down, into the middle of the brownie. Let cool completely. Makes about 60 mini cupcakes.
You also can use the regular size cupcake papers too.
