I don't know where this recipe originated, but my friend, Jena, makes it regularly. It is so simple and very good.
Jena's Cracker Pudding
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
3 cups pasteurized milk
1 pack crushed graham crackers
1 tub Cool Whip
Mix all together and enjoy!
Note: You may also use variations like chocolate graham crackers crumbs.
