Bread Machine

As some of you know I got a bread machine when we went to Baltimore Thrift Store shopping. There are so many recipes out there I don't know where to start. I was wondering if you bread machine makers have some recipes to share. Than I don't have to make 100 recipes to get one good one. Thanks.

Stacy - Just for you!!!! .. "ahem"... and your family!! :)

Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

Dough:
1 c. plus 2 TBSP warm milk
3 TBSP canola oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c sugar
2 c bread flour
2 c unbleached flour
1 tsp salt
3 TBSP bread machine yeast

Filling: (double for extra yum!) :)
2 TBSP butter
2/3 c brown sugar
1 TBSP cinnamon

Icing:
1 tsp milk
1 1/2 c 10x sugar
4 TBSP (or less) butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla

Put the dough ingredients in bread machine in order listed. (I actually use all bread flour.) Run on dough cycle. After dough cycle is finished, roll the dough into a large rectangel andspread it with the filling. Roll up and cut into 10-15 rolls and place in two greased round cake pans (or 9x13). Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Spread icing on as soon as removed from oven.
You can also cover the unbaked rolls with plastic wrap, stick them in the refrigerator overnight, and then bake them in the morning!! :)
Enjoy!!!
